Wagga School of Arts Community Theatre together with Rules Club Wagga present Hay Fever by Noel Coward.
This play by Noel Coward offers audiences a feast of Coward’s long applauded style that combines high farce and comedy of manners. However in Hay Fever it is more a comedy of bad manners.
The Bliss Family invite a number of guests for a weekend in the country. Over this weekend they subject their guests to such self centred indulgent behaviour , they flee furtively on tip toe to escape further madness.
All characters in this Coward play are finely etched to represent the 1920’s flamboyance and flagrant disregard for all confining elements of society.
Director Fay Walters Assisted by Clancy Arnold have chosen a cast of fine actors to bring the play to life.
The cast includes, Anna Swift, Paul Flynn, Tim Lancaster, Rose Parker, Cat Hadler, Jackson Balme, Kasey Kennedy, Bob Hitchens and Margaret Bannister.
