Murder Afoot is a cleverly written, fast moving, full length, murder mystery comedy with many twists and turns.The setting is the larger than life shoe millionaire’s stately home, The Arches. The Arches is a house full of guests, family, serving staff and the notorious gentleman thief, The Black Fox, who forcefully announces his intention to steal the precious golden Etruscan dagger.
A police investigation takes place. There are two Police Inspectors, but only one of them is actually Inspector Bullock. The other is a fake, whose identity is a mystery until later in the play.
Many murky family secrets of the past are revealed. There are mysterious murders that cause endless mayhem within the household.
If mystery, intrigue, comedy and surprise endings are what you enjoy, this production will be a must.
