Life and Laughter is the theme chosen for the 2015 Ten x 10 Play Fest as the chosen scripts reflect this theme in varied and numerous ways. The writers chosen this year include two local writers which is a bonus as the aim of this Play Fest was to encourage up and coming playwrights, both locally and abroad.
The directors working on scripts are Margaret Bannister, Di Lovett, Ainsley Jenkins, Saasha Mc Millan, Tim Stait, Fay Walters , Sarah Hun Mozes, to name a few. We are excited to see some new faces as actors and directors for this year. New Directors being Saasha Mc Millan, Ainsley Jenkins, and Sarah Hun Mozes, Marilyn Starr. New actors include Bryce Thomas, Feliks j. Waltersdorf, Marol Brown,Tom Butler, John Paul Bacey,Haya Arzidin, Douglas Spafford,Marilyn Starr, Saasha Mc Millan.Urzula Hadler.
Bookings are now open at the Wagga Commercial Club and the season of the Ten x 10 Commences on Friday 29th May at 8 pm and runs Saturday 30th May 8pm and Sunday 31st May at 2 pm. Ticket Prices are $25 and $20. Riverina Water is the Naming rights sponsor for the fourth year running for the Ten x 10 Play Fest. Convenor is Nancy Blacklow and she is delighted with the final selection of plays for 2015 Ten x 10 PLay Fest.
Wagga School of Arts Community Theatre take this annual Festival as a landmark event in their annual theatre calendar. It takes a lot of work and effort to bring to Wagga audiences but is always received with great acclaim.
