The vice-president is responsible for supporting the president in his/her duties.

 

Position Responsibilities

• In the absence of the president, the vice-president is responsible for all of the president’s responsibilities (see president’s position responsibilities)

 

• The vice-president may also share responsibility for some negotiations and representations

 

• On occasion, the Vice-President may be required to assist in completion of some tasks which may arise from time to time or may have been allocated by the committee.
